Gymnastics Class Questions:

Regular gymnastics classes meet once a week. Class length varies based on age and level (4 years and under meet for 45 minutes, over 5 meet for an hour, advanced classes meet for longer and sometime bi-weekly).

Generally, classes are 5 – 12 students, with an instructor ratio between 1:5 – 1:8 depending on the age group.

When your child is ready to move up, their coach will let you know. If you think it’s time for a challenge, you can ask for an evaluation anytime.

Boys and girls wear snug-fitting clothes like t-shirts with shorts/leggings or leotards. Please skip loose t-shirts to keep faces clear during flips. No jewelry or hard objects, including in hair. Wear bare feet or gymnastics shoes for safety. Secure hair away from the face with an elastic band. No gum, it’s a choking risk. Store personal items in the cubbies, mark them with your child’s name.

Kids who can walk on their own are welcome in Parent-Tot classes. An adult (parent or caregiver) must join and actively assist their child, but can’t use the gym equipment. Both adult and child should wear comfy, button-free clothes. Please bring just one adult per child, and leave phones outside the class.

Sessions typically last 4–16 weeks, with occasional one-time drop-in workshops and mini-camps. Longer sessions allow for more skill progression.

Our staff will do their best to redirect misbehaving students, but if safety is compromised, the child may be asked to sit out or removed from the class. We do not tolerate teasing or bullying. Please report any concerns, and we address such behavior through respectful communication with the class.

  • Only ONE adult per child.
  • No food or drink on the carpeted area.
  • No toys on the trampoline.
  • No adults on the equipment (trampoline, bars, beam)

Parents or guardians must supervise their child at all times during Toddler Playtime. The staff members working playtime are only there to monitor the gym in general and will not necessarily be engaging with the children at all.

Toddler Playtime is a non structured program, children play and explore the gym how they like.

Drop-in playtime cost $20 per child.

No, only ONE adult is allowed per child.

We take cash or check at the gym. You can pay online via Venmo or PayPal or email us to pay via credit card.

We allow children ages 4 and under to attend playtime. Toddler Playtime is most appropriate for children ages 8 months to 3 years old. The equipment is designed to aid gross motor development for toddlers that are still learning gross motor skills such as walking, jumping, climbing, hanging, and swinging.

While our equipment is child-friendly and padded, injuries, especially on the trampoline, can happen. Please ensure your child plays safely. If they’re hesitant about a skill or equipment, avoid pushing them. We recommend against spotting them; children should engage in activities they feel ready to do independently. In case of minor injuries, we have a first aid kit with band-aids and ice packs available.

Class Drop-Off Questions:

  • Drop-Off Policy: All classes except parent-tot are drop-off. Please leave the gym when class starts. Arrive up to 5 minutes early only with teacher approval. Nearby spots like Lark Café or Don Patron are waiting options, and we have backyard chairs.

  • Parent Observation: We occasionally offer parent observation weeks for you to watch the class. Dates will be emailed if available.

  • Pickup: Children must wait inside the gym for pickup. Please come to the gym door at dismissal for safety.

Only children are allowed inside the studio, except during parent observation week. We have windows for you to check in, but for tots and preschoolers, we recommend waiting until the 3rd or 4th week for a smoother transition to the teacher.
