Prospect Gymnastics

Our Story.

Explore the story of Prospect Gymnastics, where we began in 2014 with a vision to build strong bodies and minds through skillful play.

Prospect Gymnastics Story

In the winter of 2014, the Prospect Gymnastics story began with just one coach and a few students in the back of a music studio. That summer, we opened our own gymnastics facility at 1023 Church Avenue offering gymnastics classes, birthday parties, team gymnastics, camp, and toddler playtime. Prospect Gymnastics quickly evolved into a collaborative community where we do our best to serve our neighborhood and promote healthy minds and bodies. Our motto is “Build Skills. Gain Confidence. Have Fun.” This reflects our belief that every time we raise an individual child up, we are building a stronger, more connected community.

What makes us special?

We provide small classes, optimizing one-on-one attention and our curriculum is unmatched. We teach step-by-step drills that aid children in physically recognizing and remembering skills, even in adulthood. Have you ever wondered why you never had to relearn how to ride a bike? It’s because of muscle memory. Here at Prospect Gymnastics we work hard on connecting the dots and creating long-lasting results. Additionally, our facility is clean, we have wonderful, well-trained staff, love kids, and strive to make a difference every day.

Why Gymnastics?

Gymnastics is a great sport to engage all types of children. It can develop strength, agility, flexibility, and/or coordination, depending on the apparatus. Practicing skills on different apparatus means that each child has multiple opportunities to identify their own strengths and areas for growth. The variety of movements and disciplines keeps children happy and physically fit.
